To those that follow my blog you may have noticed that the past few months have been very slow. There is good reason beyond the usual “busy” at work. I have been working hard to produce a handy, high-yield pocket reference guide for wound care practitioners and those with an interest in wound care.
Today is the official “go-live” day for my paperback version of the “Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Reference Guide.” The book is 140 pages of wound care from the ground up, including wound physiology made simple, management of common and not so common wound causing conditions, recommendations for wound care, infection management and more. Also included is a guide to wound specific wound care and hyperbaric medicine specific ICD 10 codes.
Whether you’re intending on using it as a reference in the clinic for day-to-day patient management or as a study guide for the wound care boards, I think you will be pleased with the broad array of topics covered.
Currently the book is available on Amazon.com but more retailers and an E-book version for Apple, Android and Kindle is on the way. Head over to Amazon and check it out.
